New collaboration brokered by WildBrain CPLG opens the door for developers and operators to explore theme park destinations based on beloved Dr. Seuss properties
London, UK & Someren, Netherlands – 23 September 2026 – Dr. Seuss Enterprises is partnering with internationally recognised experience design company, P&P Projects, to develop new theme park designs inspired by Dr. Seuss’ timeless properties across Europe and Asia-Pacific (APAC), excluding China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau. The collaboration was brokered by WildBrain CPLG, who represents licensing and location-based entertainment (LBE) rights for Dr. Seuss Enterprises in both regions.
Under the agreement, P&P Projects has rights to design and develop theme park concepts based on iconic Dr. Seuss brands, including The Cat in the Hat, Oh, the Places You'll Go!, How the Grinch Stole Christmas!, and more. As demand for immersive, story-driven attractions continues to grow worldwide, the collaboration will explore compelling concepts that translate the imaginative worlds of Dr. Seuss into theme park experiences and create new opportunities for operators, developers and investors seeking world-class IP for destination-based entertainment projects.
With the new The Cat in the Hat animated movie arriving this year, the 70th anniversaries of both The Cat in the Hat and How the Grinch Stole Christmas! in 2027, and Oh, the Places You'll Go! set to make its big-screen debut in 2028, Dr. Seuss is entering an exciting new phase of fan engagement.
