John Goscha, Executive Vice President, Personality AI, leads WildBrain's Personality AI business, focused on bringing beloved characters to life through safe, authentic conversational AI experiences. A lifelong inventor and entrepreneur, John founded Personality AI in 2025 to help IP owners create character-driven AI experiences that are safe by design, true to the underlying brand and deployable across products, platforms and locations. As part of the FTC-approved PRIVO COPPA Safe Harbor Program, Personality AI helps deliver trusted experiences for kids, families and brands. Previously, John founded IdeaPaint, growing it into an internationally recognized design brand, Lucidity, where he pioneered new lighting technologies, and Native Voice, a conversational AI platform connecting consumers with voice experiences across devices. He has been recognized by Businessweek, Inc. Magazine, Forbes and the Boston Business Journal for his entrepreneurial achievements.
