"Working at WildBrain Studios means having people around who care about and support your career growth. As someone with big aspirations, with each step I’ve taken from my first days answering phones at the front desk to now, directing and in development for my own series, the people at WildBrain have been there to lift and encourage me. From peers to supervisors to executives I’ve felt that my experience, enthusiasm, and long-term goals have been taken seriously. It’s given me the confidence needed to put myself out there for advancement opportunities and drives me to maintain that supportive and encouraging environment on each show I’m a part of.”

Megan Russell, Co-Director

“The studio is very diversity and inclusion oriented and takes care to give people as many opportunities as possible to have long contracts and continued work instead of the unsure situation in most larger VFX houses. It’s nice to work for a studio that actually cares about its employees and this has to be the nicest studio I’ve ever had the pleasure of working for. Honestly, I would recommend working here to anyone, if a good work life balance and a studio that cares about your growth as an artist is what you’re looking for.”

Shirin Chawla, Lighter/Compositor

“The people! Everyone on my show from artists to production is always doing their best to push the show quality, while maintaining a friendly and healthy work environment.”

“What I love most about working at WildBrain is the friendly and collaborative atmosphere the studio has. Whether it is working with my production team or interacting with people from other departments and productions, everyone comes together to create a warm and inviting space.  I like that even my dog gets to be included!”
