MyMiniFactory 3D Print Design Contest

Launching today, MyMiniFactory and WildBrain open a 3D design competition to find new early learning character designs. WildBrain operate a multi-platform kids video network and produce original content for YouTube, working with companies to make exciting early learning animations for children. The team at WildBrain manage hundreds of popular brands on YouTube, including Teletubbies, Caillou, Johnny Test, In the Night Garden, Twirlywoos and many more and hope to inspire the 3D printing community to create exciting early learning characters for the next generation of children who will likely own and operate 3D printers to make their own toys.

Want to enter?

Entrants in the US, Canada and UK are invited to submit 3D designs for simple children’s character, or group of characters. The contest seeks to find fresh ideas, suitable for an early learning style of content, appealing to children aged 3-5 years. The winning design will walk away with a $500 prize, as well as the amazing opportunity to work with WildBrain in future, and have your work featured in an original children’s animation.
